Located in Central Baja, Mexico, Miller’s Landing is a pretty alright right-point break that offers up some fun, rippable sections when the conditions line up. The waves here are not easy to surf and break for up to 100 meters (328 feet) over a cobblestone bottom. There is also a reef nearby that serves up a left and right.
What are the best surf conditions for Miller’s Landing?
Gets good between waist-high and double overhead. We recommend riding a longboard when smaller and a shortboard as the size picks up. This break is suitable for all levels of surfer. The surf here is quite consistent (6/10) and will have a crew on weekends and holidays (5/10). The best winds are from the East. The best swells are from the Northwest and West. Works on all tides.
We recommend wearing a 3/2 wetsuit in the summer when water temperatures rise to 20°C (68°F). In the winter, a 4/3 wetsuit is best when water temperatures drop to 15°C (59°F). See the temperature chart below for more data on this.
