Located in Northwest Puerto Rico, Leeward Islands, Dogmans is a quality reef break that offers up some rippable walls when the right swell comes in. The waves here are not easy to surf and break for up to 300 meters over a coral bottom, both sharp and shallow.
What are the best surf conditions for Dogmans?
Gets good between head high and triple overhead. We recommend riding a shortboard or a step-up as the size increases. This break is suitable for intermediate and advanced-level surfers.. The surf here is somewhat consistent (5/10) and will get busy at peak times (5/10). The best winds are from the Northeast. The best swells are from the North. Works on all tides.
