Located in the West Coast District of South Africa, Boskraal Strand is a decent beach break that offers up some shore break barrels that often close out. The waves here can be steep and challenging and break for up to 50 meters (164 ft) over a rock and sand bottom.
What are the best surf conditions for Boskraal Strand?
Gets good between chest high and double overhead. We recommend riding a shortboard most days here. This break is good for all levels of surfer. The surf here is super consistent (9/10) and will generally be uncrowded (3/10). The best winds are from the Northeast. The best swells are from the South and Southwest. Works on a mid-tide best.
