Located on the Cape Peninsula, South Africa, Chapman’s Peak Mystery Lefts is a good left-hand big wave reef that does not work often and has been deemed semi-suicidal by most locals. The waves here are not for the faint-hearted and break very close to the cliffs for up to 200 meters (656 feet) over a boulder-covered bottom.
