Located in Taghazout, Morocco, Devils Rock is a fun beach break that offers up good performance-based peaks. The waves here are straightforward to surf and break for up to 100 meters over a rock and sand bottom.
What are the best surf conditions for Devil’s Rock?
Gets good between waist-high to double overhead. We recommend riding a longboard here when smaller and a shortboard as the size increases. This break is best suited to intermediate and advanced surfers. The surf here usually has a wave (5/10) and will also usually have a crew on it (6/10). The best winds are from the Northeast. The best swells are from the Northwest. Works on all tides.
We recommend wearing a springsuit in the summer when water temperatures rise to 25 degrees. In the winter a 5/4 is best when water temps drop to 9 degrees. See the temperature chart below for more data on this.
