Located in South Carolina, 27th Ave is a fun beach breakie breaking over sandbars. The waves here are easy to surf, breaking further out on lower tides and close in on high tides. When the sections link the wave breaks for about 100 meters providing some great sections for manoeuvres. Water quality can be an issue here.

What are the best surf conditions for 27th Ave?

Works from waist high to overhead. A longboard will work great here most days and a shortboard will work great when good. This break is suitable for all levels of surfer. The surf is not consistent (4/10) and is generally crowded (8/10). The best winds are from the North. The best swells come from the South and Southeast. Works on all tides.
