Umina Beach is a fun reef/beach break breaking over a rock bottom. offering rights and lefts. Keep an eye out for a sucky right hand down the beach. It’s hollow and the shallow rocks are pretty unforgiving so is mostly populated by the bodyboarders. The waves here are generally pretty heavy and can break for up to 100 meters, serving up barreling sections where you can pull in and snag some tube time.
