Located in Northern Orange County, Magnolia street is an alright beach break that peels over a sand bottom. The waves here are usually hollow and walled and offer up 50-meter rides on the corners. Can be good, but rarely is.

Gets good between waist high to overhead. A shortboard is best here for the steep walls. All levels of surfers will find something here, especially when smaller. The surf here is somewhat consistent (6/10) and will usually have a crew (6/10). The best swells come from the North, Northwest, South, and Southwest. The best winds are from the East. Works best on a mid to low tide.
