Located in Galicia, Spain, Nemina is a fun beach break that provides some great peaks up and down the beach perfect for carves and hacks. The waves here are pretty easy to surf and break for up to 100 meters over a sand bottom.
What are the best surf conditions for Nemina?
Gets good between waist-high and triple overhead. We recommend riding a longboard here when smaller and a shortboard when the size picks up. The surf here is very consistent (8/10) and can get busy but usually only in summer (5/10). The best winds are from the Northeast. The best swells are from the North, Northwest, Southwest, and West. Works on all tides.
We recommend wearing a 3/2 in the summer when water temperatures rise to 19 degrees. In the winter a 4/3 is best when water temps drop to 13 degrees. See the temperature chart below for more data on this.
