Located in Northern Morocco, Moulay Bousslam is a decent beach break in front of a fun town that throws out some fun and shifty peaks. The waves here are easy to surf and break for up to 50 meters (164 feet) over a sand bottom.
What are the best surf conditions for Moulay Bousslham?
Moulay Bousslam gets good between waist-high and overhead. We recommend riding a longboard if smaller and a shortboard as the size picks up. This break is good for all levels of surfer. The surf here usually has a wave (5/10) and will generally be uncrowded (4/10). The best winds are from the East. The best swells are from the Northwest. Works best on a mid to high tide.
We recommend wearing a springsuit in the summers when water temps rise to 21°C (69.8°F). In the winters, a 3/2 is best as water temps drop to 18°C (64.4°F). See our temperature chart below for more data on this.
