More on Larache
Located in Northern Morocco, Larache is a quality jetty break that shoots out a perfect barreling left when the proper swell arrives. The waves here are challenging and break for up to 100 meters over a sand bottom in the harbour. Take care as the paddle out is tricky.
What are the best surf conditions for Larache?
Larache gets good between head high and overhead. We recommend riding a shortboard and then stepping up as the size picks up. This break is good for intermediate and advanced-level surfers. The surf here does not break often (3/10); it needs a big swell and will have a crew when it’s on (7/10). The best winds are from the East. The best swells are from the Northwest. Works best on a mid-tide only.
