The waves here require a bit of skill to surf and break for up to 100 meters over a rocky bottom. Urchins are common. Guards from Campo try to limit access to guests.

Gets good between waist-high and double overhead. We recommend riding a shortboard or a step-up as the size picks up. This break is suitable for intermediate and advanced-level surfers. The surf here is pretty consistent (6/10) and will always have a crew on it (7/10). The best winds are from the Northeast. The best swells are from the Northwest and West. Works on all tides.
