Located in Northern Morocco, Moulay Bousselham is a fun open stretch of beach break that offers up some good peaks for turns and hacks. The waves here are pretty easy to surf and break for up to 50 meters over a sand bottom.
What are the best surf conditions for Moulay Bousselham?
Gets good between waist-high and double overhead. We recommend riding a longboard here if smaller and a shortboard as the size picks up. This break is suitable for all levels of surfer. The surf here usually has something to ride (5/10) and will also have some people on it (6/10). The best winds are from the East. The best swells are from the North, Northwest, and West. Works on a mid to high tide best.
We recommend wearing a spring suit in the summer when water temperatures rise to 21 degrees. In the winter a 3/2 is best when water temperatures drop to 18 degrees. See the temperature chart below for more data on this.
