There are an array of trails to hike, from easy to dificult, along the Rio Claro River, various creeks and waterfalls. Night tours in the rainforest are also offered depending upon the weather and season. There are so many birds around that you’ll easily spot many different species throughout the day. If you want,  experienced guides are trained in spotting and identifying birds.  A fun self guided rafting/tubing tour is offered on the Rio Claro River. The river sets your pace, but you can easily hop off your raft to break for a waterfall or a hidden trail.
“The Flora” is the most private room and great for couples, honeymooners, of anniversaries. Although there is Cable TV, your huge windows are a spectacular show of the jungle and wildlife. There is private entrance path, leading to your door and a completely private and intimate setting. The luxury bathroom includes Jacuzzi tub, shower and stone cascading faucet. For your comfort in the tropics, you have an AC and a fan.
The Villas in total are 4 Bedrooms, 4 Bathrooms, 2 Living rooms, a Large Kitchen, Balconies/Decks, Free Wifi, Parking, Air Conditioning in the Bedrooms, and Hot Water. It sleeps 10 comfortably with a max of 12 people. Its perfect for a family reunion or a group of friends.
The 5th level of the Castillo is the crows-nest lounge that boasts 360 degree views of Pavones, the jungle, and the ocean. From here you can see the swells wrap into the gulf, and peel down the point. You can watch surfers drop in, carve big turns, race down the line, and get stuffed in the barrel.
