Located in Northern Morocco, Jack Beach is a quality beach break that offers up some good performance-based peaks. The waves here require a bit of skill to surf well and break for up to 50 meters over a sand bottom. Long beach but exposed to winds.
What are the best surf conditions for Jack Beach?
Gets good between waist-high and double overhead. We recommend riding a longboard here if smaller and a shortboard as the size picks up. This break is suitable for all levels of surfers. The surf here is very consistent (8/10) and will usually be uncrowded (4/10). The best winds are from the Southeast. The best swells are from the North, Northwest, and West. Works on a mid to high tide.
We recommend wearing a spring suit in the summer when water temperatures rise to 21 degrees. In the winter a 3/2 is good for the 18-degree water. See the temperature chart below for more data on this.
