Located in Southern Morocco, Sidi-Rbat is not a bad beach break that offers some decent sections for performance manoeuvres. The waves here are pretty easy to surf and break for up to 50 meters over a sand bottom.
What are the best surf conditions for Sidi-Rbat?
Gets good between waist-high and overhead, but doesn’t handle size too well. We recommend riding a longboard here when smaller and a shortboard as the size picks up. This break is suitable for all levels of surfer. The surf here is pretty consistent (6/10) and will generally be uncrowded (4/10). The best winds are from the East. The best swells are from the North, Northwest, Southwest, and West. Works on all tides.
We recommend wearing a spring suit in the summer when water temperatures rise to 21 degrees. In the winter a 3/2 is best when water temperatures only drop to 18 degrees. See the temperature chart below for more data on this.
