Located in West Ceara, Brazil, Outside is an offshore lefthand reef break that offers up some rippable walls when the conditions line up. The waves here require some skill to surf and break for up to 100 meters (328 feet) over a coral reef.
What are the best surf conditions for Outside?
Gets good between waist-high and double overhead. We recommend riding a longboard if smaller and a shortboard then step up as the size picks up. This break is suitable for intermediate and advanced-level surfers. The surf here usually has a wave (5/10) and will get busy at peak times (5/10). Can also get busy with windsurfers. The best winds are from the Southwest. The best swells are from the North and Northeast. Works on all tides.
We recommend wearing boardshorts or a bikini year round. Water temperatures vary between 29°C (84°F) and 27°C (81°F). See the temperature chart below for more data on this.
