Located in Northern Oregon, Arcadia is an OK beachy that breaks over sand (that sometimes sings look it up). The waves here are pretty easy to surf and break for up to 50 meters providing some fun sections for manoeuvres.
What are the best surf conditions for Arcadia?
Gets good from head high to overhead. We recommend riding a longboard when smaller and a shortboard when the size picks up. This beach is suitable for all levels of surfers. The surf here is somewhat consistent (5/10) and hardly ever crowded (3/10). The best winds come from the East and the best swells come from the West. Works best on mid tides.
We recommend wearing a 4/3 wetsuit in the summer when water temperatures rise to 14 degrees. In the winter a 5/4 is best in the 9-degree water. See the temperature chart below for more data on this.
