Located in Palm Beach County on the East coast of Florida, Boynton Inlet is a fun beachie, breaking over a sand bottom. The waves here require some skill to surf well and can break for up to 100 meters, throwing up some great barreling sections to sneak into.
What are the best surf conditions for Boynton Inlet?
Gets good from head high to triple overhead. We recommend riding a longboard here when smaller and a shortboard when the size steps up. This break is best suited to intermediate and advanced surfers. The surf here usually has a wave (5/10) and is generally quite crowded (8/10). The best winds are from the West. The best swells are from the Northeast. Works best on a low to mid-tide.
We recommend wearing boardshorts or a bikini year-round here. The temps rise to 30 in the summer and drop down to 23 in the winter. See the temperature chart below for more data on this.
