Located on the East coast of Florida, Palm Beach Jetties is a fun collection of jetty breaks along a long beach. The waves here can be a bit tricky to surf and can break for up to 100 meters, usually very quickly, putting up some sections that require some pumping to get around.
What are the best surf conditions for Palm Beach Jetties?
Gets good from waist high to double overhead. We recommend riding a longboard when smaller and a shortboard when the size picks up. This break is best suited to intermediate and advanced surfers. The surf here usually has a wave (5/10) and is generally very crowded (8/10). The best winds are from the West. The best swells are from the East, North, and Northeast. Works on all tides.
We recommend wearing boardshorts or a bikini in the summer when water temperatures rise to 30 degrees. In winter we recommend wearing a spring suit when water temps drop to 22 degrees. See the temperature chart below for more data on this.
