Located in Northwest Wales, Harlech to Barmouth is a stretch of below-average beach breaks that offer up some decent sections for manoeuvres when the conditions pick up. The waves here are easy to surf and break for up to 50 meters over a sand bottom.
What are the best surf conditions for Harlech to Barmouth?
Gets good between waist high to overhead. We recommend riding a longboard here when smaller and a shortboard when the size picks up. This break is suitable for all levels of surfer. The surf here sometimes has a wave (4/10) and will generally be uncrowded (3/10). The best winds are from the East. The best swells are from the Southwest and West. Works on all tides.
