Located in Minho-Douro, Portugal. Azurara is an average beach break that offers up performance waves when the conditions line up. The waves here are pretty easy to surf and break for up to 50 meters over a sand bottom. There will be spongers on the shore break. This is the first spot north of Porto with clean water.

Gets good between waist-high and double overhead. We recommend riding a longboard here when smaller and a shortboard when the size picks up. This break is suitable for all levels of surfer.
