More on Le Kerou
Located in Morbihan, France, Le Kerou is a pretty decent beach break that offers up some good sections for maneuvers and is great for beginners. The waves here are relatively easy to surf and break for up to 50 meters (164 feet) over a sand bottom. occasionally gets fast sucky lefts popular with bodyboarders on overhead swells.
What are the best surf conditions for Le Kerou?
It gets good between waist-high and double overhead. We recommend riding a longboard when the waves are smaller and switching to a shortboard as the size picks up. This break is suited to all levels of surfers. The surf here hardly ever breaks (2/10) and is generally uncrowded (3/10). The best winds are from the Northeast. The best swells are from the Southwest and West. It works on all tides.
