We travelled to T Land on July 16 and left on the 30th July this year
I travelled with my husband and son who both surf
From the moment we arrived we were meet by our beautiful and most amazing hosts.
The Resort is spotless clean and absolutely intouch with its beautiful surronds.
The pool is a welcome refreshing break in the hot weather.
I do not surf, but had the best time swimming in the ocean and the pool and just relaxing and getting away from all the usuall noise from home.
I went out with my husband and the boat driver one day just to take some photos of the surf.
There are other activities if you do not surf.
I meet the local people whom I found to be very happy to say hello and chat to you.
I walked and enjoyed going to the local shop to buy my snacks to have with a drink around the bar at the sunset hour. I also went to the local market twice.
The food was beautiful and changing daily. The staff were amazing always happy and ready to help with any of your needs.
There are now a few other places to eat now, which all serve great food also.
If you like AFL there is Dinos Bar.
I had a wonderful time chatting with the staff, who are some of the happiest people you could ever meet.
The Surf was fantastic the first week and then a bit smaller the second and then back up again.
The town is full of huts and houses and all sorts of farm animals roamoaning free.
The Island is predominately Christian and me being a Roman Catholic , I totally loved going to the services there with the local people. There Services were trully moving and uplifting and their faith in God was lovely to see. God Bless Always
I felt trully blessed to be involved with their worship of Our Lord God.
We have already booked for three weeks next year and would recommend this resort to anyone.
I have been to the Maldives and Hawaii, Fiji, Bali which are all wonderful and beautiful in their own right, but I will have to say this resort is up with the best of them.
We had a great time riding motors bikes around the island. On the second time on the bikes my husband was wheeling the bike up an embankment and the bike took off, his reaction to catch the bike instead of letting it go, ended up with a fall and approx 30 stiches on the bottom of his feet, in saying this all the owners and the staff looked after my husband and the amazing Dr Ani did a fantastic job and I must say since we got home, it shows how professional and wonderful her skills are we think you are trully a blessing from God to your people on Rote Dr Ani. Thankyou again Dr Ani and everyone, my husband is getting better and seeiing his local doctors.
