Located in Central Baja, Mexico, El Cardon is a fun right-point break that serves up some great rippable sections. The waves here are not easy to surf and break for up to 100 meters over a rock and then sand bottom. Picks up more swell than other breaks in the area, a good indicator spot.

What are the best surf conditions for El Cardon?

Gets good between waist-high and double overhead. We recommend riding a longboard when smaller or a shortboard or step-up as the size increases.
