Located in Rivas Province, Nicaragua, Manzanillo is an excellent left point that really put Nicaragua on the map when it appeared in Surfer magazine. The set-up creates a long performance wall into an inside barrel section. The waves here are challenging to surf and break for up to 200 meters over a rock bottom. You’ll need a boat to access it, but it’s worth it when it’s on.
