Located in Queensland, Australia, Agnes Water is a great point break wave for longboarders but can also turn on for shortboarders when a solid swell hits This spot is one of the most northern places you can surf on the East Coast of Australia, nestled in between Fraser Island and The Great Barrier Reef. The waves here are pretty easy to surf and can break for up to 100 meters, providing fun sections for noseriding – a perfect logging wave. Generally quite a cruisy wave and only a short walk from town. Things get a little different with Cyclonic swells when the surf can reach 10 – 12ft.
