Located on the Cape Peninsula, South Africa, Pringle Bay is a fun beach break with a left-hand reef on the southern end. The waves here can get heavy when bigger and break for up to 200 meters (656 feet) over a rock and sand bottom. There’s a heavy rip down the middle of the break, and it can be sharky.
