Located in Texas, Quintana is an alright beach setup that breaks over a sand bottom. The waves here require some skill to surf well and break for up to 100 meters providing usually mushy longboarding sections, but good steep sections when a big East swell comes.

What are the best surf conditions for Quintana?

Gets good from waist high to overhead. We recommend riding a longboard when smaller and a shortboard when the swell picks up. This break is suitable for all levels of surfer.
