Agua Dulce Surf Report and Surf forecast

Located in Atacama, Chile, in a large national reserve, Agua Dulce is a fun, open beach that offers up some rippable walls when the smaller swells are around. The waves here can be challenging and break for up to 50 meters (164 feet) over a sand bottom. It’s a long drive, and you probably won’t find anyone.

What are the best surf conditions for Agua Dulce?

It gets good between waist-high and double overhead. We recommend riding a longboard when smaller and a shortboard, then stepping up as the size picks up. This break is suitable for all levels of surfer. The surf here is consistent (7/10) and will generally be uncrowded (2/10). The best winds are from the Northeast.
