Located on the South Shore of Oahu Bomburas is a fun left-hand reef that offers up powerful sections and walls. The waves here are difficult to surf and break for up to 100 meters over a reef bottom.

What are the best surf conditions for Bomburas?

Gets good between chest high and double overhead. We recommend riding a shortboard or step-up as the size picks up. This break is suitable for intermediate and advanced-level surfers. The surf here does not break often (3/10) and will get busy at peak times (5/10). The best winds are from the Northeast. The best swells are from the South Works on all tides.
