Located in Georgia, 17th Street Boardwalk is a pier break with rights and lefts that peel over a sand bottom. The waves here have improved since the construction of the new pier. and can break for up to 50 meters providing some decent sections for manoeuvres. Best to surf it a few hour hours either side of high tide. Low tide is a no go.

Gets good from waist high to overhead. We recommend riding a longboard here when smaller and a shortboard when the size arrives. This break is best suited for intermediate and advanced surfers. The surf here sometimes has a wave (4/10) and is generally uncrowded (4/10). The best winds are from the West. The best swells are from the Northeast or Southeast. Works only at high tides.
