More on Oceanside Beach

Located in Central North Oregon, Oceanside Beach is a decent beachy that breaks over a sand bottom. The waves here are pretty easy to surf and break for up to 50 meters providing some fun, punchy sections for turns and hacks. Closes out when it gets more than head high.

What are the best surf conditions for Oceanside Beach?

Gets good from chest to head high. We recommend riding your longboard here when smaller and a shortboard when bigger. This beach is suitable for all levels of surfers depending on the size of the swell. The surf here usually has something to ride (5/10) and is hardly ever crowded (3/10). The best winds come from the East. The best swells come from the West. Works best on mid tides.

We recommend wearing a 4/3 in More...
