Located in Cape May, New Jersey, Sea Isle City is a fun jetty break that rolls over a sand bottom. The waves here are easy to surf and break for up to 150 meters providing fun sections for cruising or manoeuvres.
What are the best surf conditions for Sea Isle City?
Gets good from waist high to triple overhead. We recommend riding a longboard here when smaller and a shortboard when bigger. This break is best for intermediate and advanced surfers. The surf here usually has a wave (5/10) and is generally uncrowded (4/10). Offshore winds come from the West. Works on all tides but not great on low. Attracts swells from the East, Northeast, South, and Southeast.
We recommend wearing boardshorts or a bikini in the summer when the water temperature rises to 25 degrees. In the winter a 5/4 is necessary in the 4-degree water. See the temperature chart below for more data on this.
