More on Broadway

Located in Cape May, New Jersey, Broadway is a fun beach break with a sand-covered bottom. The waves here require a bit of skill to surf and break for up to 100 meters providing some long, hollow barrels when the conditions line up well.

What are the best surf conditions for Broadway?

Gets good from chest high to double overhead. We recommend riding a longboard here most days and a shortboard when the size picks up. This break is suitable for all levels of surer. The surf here usually has a wave (5/10) and can get quite crowded (8/10). The best winds are from the North. The best swells come from the East, Northeast, and Southeast. Needs a big swell to really start working. Best on mid to high tides.
