Located in New Hampshire, Seabrook Beach is a quality beach break that rolls over a sand bottom. The waves here require some skill to surf well and break for up to 100 meters providing some great sections for manoeuvres. The conditions change here rapidly depending on the tides. Sandbars are shifty as well.
What are the best surf conditions for Seabrook Beach?
Gets good between waist-high and double overhead. We recommend riding a longboard when it is smaller and a shortboard when the size picks up. This break is suitable for all levels of surfer depending on the size. The surf here is pretty consistent (6/10) and is generally very uncrowded (3/10). The best winds are from the West. The best swells are from the East, Northeast, and Southeast. Works on all tides.
We recommend wearing a 3/2 wetsuit in the summer when water temperatures rise to 19 degrees. In winter a 5/4 is the call when water temperatures drop to 4 degrees. See the temperature chart below for more data on this.
