Located in New Hampshire, Linky’s is a quality right point break that peels over a boulder covered bottom. The waves here can be tricky to surf and break for up to 100 meters. The take-off is gentle leading into some excellent barrel sections.
What are the best surf conditions for Linky’s?
Gets good from head high to double overhead. We recommend riding a longboard here if it is smaller and a shortboard when the size steps up. This break is best suited to intermediate and advanced surfers. The surf here does not break too often (3/10) and is always crowded (8/10). The best winds are from the Southwest. The best swells are from the East, Northeast, and Southeast. Works best on low tides.
We recommend wearing a 3/2 wetsuit in the summer when water temperatures rise to 19 degrees. In winter a 5/4 is necessary for the 4-degree water. See the temperature chart below for more data on this.
