Gets good between waist high and overhead. A longboard is good here when smaller but a shortboard is necessary when the size picks up. The surf here is consistent (7/10) but usually crowded with high schoolers (8/10). The best winds are from the Northeast and it works on all tides. The spot likes a small clean swell from the Northwest, South, Southwest, and West.
