Latigo Canyon Surf Report and Surf forecast

Located in Northern Los Angeles County, Southern California, Latigo Canyon is a decent point break that crumbles over a boulder and sand bottom. The waves here are pretty straightforward to surf and peel for up to 150 meters providing great sections for cruising and chilling.

What are the best surf conditions for Latigo Canyon?

Gets good between waist high and double overhead. We recommend a longboard here, but a shortboard will work when bigger. All levels of surfers can find success here. The surf here is not consistent at all (2/10) and therefore is less crowded than other spots (6/10). The best winds come from the North and the best swells from the South and Southwest.
