Located in Humboldt County in Northern California, Patricks Point is a deepwater reef break that thunders over a boulder covered bottom. The waves here are heavy, bumpy, long, and have a mean streak. Comparable in size to Mavericks, this spot breaks for up to 200 meters on big winter swells, ending with a steep section over a boulder infused sandbar.
