Located in Delaware, Gordon Pond is a fun jetty setup that breaks over a well-formed sandbar. The waves here can be tricky at times and break for up to 150 meters providing some great sections for manoeuvres. The locals here are chill and the vibes are good.
What are the best surf conditions for Gordon Pond?
Gets good from waist high to double overhead. We recommend a shortboard here when bigger and a longboard when smaller. This break is suitable for all levels of surfers, have fun! The surf here is consistent (7/10) and can get busy on weekends and holidays (5/10). The best winds are offshore from the Southwest and West. The best swells are from the South and Southeast. Works on all tides.
