Located in the Northern Mentawai Islands, Pinnacles is a quality right hand reef set up that offers up some decent waves for longboarding and cruising. The waves here are easy to surf and break for up to 50 meters over a coral reef. Similar to Burger World.

What are the best surf conditions for Pinnacles?

Gets good between waist high and overhead. We recommend riding a longboard, fish, or shortboard as the size picks up. This break is suitable for all levels of surfer. The surf here is pretty consistent (6/10) and will generally have a crew (7/10). The best winds are from the North and Northeast. The best swells are from the Southwest and West. Works on all tides.
