Located in Newquay, England, North Fistral is a quality beach break that offers up good waves for performance surfing. The waves here require a bit of skill to surf and break for up to 50 meters over a sand bottom. This is the site of the WQS event in England. It is usually bigger than its brother to the south and the rights are usually better than the lefts.
Gets good between waist-high and double overhead. We recommend riding a longboard here if smaller and a shortboard or a step-up when bigger. This break is suitable for all levels of surfer.
