Les Dunes Surf Report and Surf forecast

Found in Vendee, France, Les Dunes is a decent beach break providing some good lefts and rights whenever the swell is head high or under. The waves here can be difficult to surf at times and break for up to 100 meters over a sand bottom, providing some great sections for manoeuvres.

What are the best surf conditions for Les Dunes?

Gets good from waist high to head high. We recommend riding a longboard here when smaller and a shortboard when the size steps up. This break is suitable for all levels of surfer. The surf here usually has a wave (5/10) and will always have a crew on it (7/10). The best winds are from the Northeast. The best swells are from the Northwest, Southwest, and West. Works on all tides.
