Located in the French Mediterranean in Marseille, Le Prado is a half decent beach break that rolls over a sand bottom. The waves here are easy to surf and break for up to 50 meters providing some sections for manoeuvres. Watch out for potential pollution and crowds!
What are the best surf conditions for Le Prado?
Gets good from waist high to overhead. We recommend riding a longboard when smaller and a shortboard when the size steps up. This break is suitable for all levels of surfers. The surf here is not consistent (4/10) and will be insanely crowded but not entirely with surfers (10/10). The best winds are from the Northeast. The best swells are from the South, Southeast, Southwest, and West. Works on all tides.
