Located in Landes, France, Vieux Boucau is an excellent beachie that breaks over a sand bottom. The Northside usually has faster hollower peaks on the higher tide but the rips can get heavy overhead high and above. Port d’Albret on the Southside leads into a stretch of around a kilometre or so that has good banks and can handle a more size. Waves here can break for up to 100 meters providing a wide variety of sections from rippable walls to heaving tubes. Easier to check several peaks in the area from this location.
