Located in the South of France, La Palue is a fun beach break. The waves here are straightforward to surf and break for up to 100 meters providing some great sections for manoeuvres.

What are the best surf conditions for La Palue?

Gets good from waist high to triple overhead. We recommend riding a longboard here most days and a shortboard when the size picks up. this break is suitable for all levels of surfer. The surf here is pretty consistent (7/10) and can get quite crowded most days (8/10). The best winds are from the East. The best swells are from the Northwest, Southwest, and West. works on all tides.

We recommend wearing a 3/2 wetsuit in the summer when water temperatures rise to 16 degrees. In winter a 4/3 is best for the 10-degree water. More...
