Witzig’s (Point Sinclair) Surf Report and Surf forecast

Found on the tip of the peninsula in the Cactus area, South Australia, Witzig’s is an excellent left reef break that thunders down a shallow rock shelf for up to 300 meters serving up both barrels and walls. This spot is named after Pal Witzig, the first to scope out this area through a surf tinted lens. The waves here are for those with no doubts about their surfing ability as the barreling waves suck hard on takeoff before slamming into the shallow shelf. Beyond this there is always a lot of water moving, make sure your paddling chops are up! Access is also difficult, a 4WD is necessary.
