Probably one of the worlds most famous beaches. Who hasn’t heard of Bondi? This makes the summer tourist crowds ridiculous here, it’s a good job it’s better in the winter!! It consists of shifting sand bank peaks which are better quality towards the south end of the beach. It’ll hold upto about 6ft, anything bigger and it starts to close out and it’s time to seek reef action elsewhere. It can be very rippy, even if it isn’t too big, so take care and give the lifeguards a break.

Gets very busy due to the proximity of the beach to Sydney City CBD. Also has a hungry pack of locals looking to get their fill of wave pre an post work. Keep your cool and you’ll get some More...
