Located in Rhode Island, Bonnet Point is an excellent but fickle lefthand point break with a boulder covered bottom. The waves here require skill to surf well and peel for up to 250 meters, offering up long and steep rides that sometimes barrel when the winds are right.

What are the best surf conditions for Bonnet Point?

Gets good from chest high to double overhead. We recommend riding a longboard when smaller and a shortboard when the size steps up. This break is best suited to intermediate and advanced surfers. This spot barely ever breaks (2/10) and will probably be crowded when it does (7/10). The best winds are from the North and the best swells from the South. Works on all tides.
